How to Book a Class at Smikle Dance Studio

We use Acuity Scheduling to manage all of our Adult class bookings this keeps everything in one place and lets you book securely, easily, and at any time.

Below is a simple step-by-step guide to help you book your classes, term pass, or class package.

1️⃣ Choose What You Want to Book

From the Adults Schedule page on our website, click BOOK NOW to open our Acuity booking page.

You’ll see:

  • individual classes

  • term passes

  • class packages

Browse and click on the one you want.

2️⃣ Select Your Date & Time

Once you choose a class or package:

  • pick a date and time that works for you

  • if you’re booking a term pass or package, you’ll be buying the code first

  • if you’re booking a single class, you’ll book it directly

3️⃣ Enter Your Details

You’ll be asked to enter:

  • your name

  • email address

  • phone number

Make sure these are correct, this is how you’ll receive your confirmation and reminders.

4️⃣ If You Bought a Pass or Package

If you’ve already bought a term pass, class pass, or package, you’ll receive a booking code in your email.

👉 When you book a class:

  • at checkout, look for the field labelled “Package, gift, or coupon code”

  • enter your booking code exactly as it appears

  • click Apply

The system will take the class booking off your pass balance, so long as there are remaining credits on your package. help.acuityscheduling.com

Once the code is applied, you won’t be charged. If your pass doesn’t cover the full cost (for example a workshop or extra session), you’ll be asked to pay the difference.

5️⃣ Pay or Confirm

After entering your code (or if you’re booking a class without a pass):

  • press Pay & Schedule

  • you’ll be taken through to a confirmation page

You’ll also receive a confirmation email with all the details (date, time, location). help.acuityscheduling.com

Helpful Tips

🔹 You only need to enter your pass code once at checkout.
It will then be applied to that booking. help.acuityscheduling.com

🔹 If you buy more than one package or pass, you can choose which code to redeem when booking. help.acuityscheduling.com

🔹 You can check how many credits you have left on your pass by logging into your Acuity client account and using the Check code balance feature. help.acuityscheduling.com
