Join our vibrant and fun adult dance and movement community!

Whether you're new to dance, returning after a break, or simply curious to give it a try, this is a refreshing and fun way to explore movement, spark creativity, stay fit, and reconnect with your body—inside and out.


Our studio terms run alongside the Brighton & Hove state school terms. The Summer Term ends on 20 July.However, we’ve got you covered during the school summer holidays with a our SUMMER DANCE PROGRAMME 2025 : STARTS 21st JULY - 31st AUGUST


LEVELS:

BEGINNERS - IMPROVERS - GENERAL - INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED

Beginners: Ideal for those new to dance, focusing on foundational techniques, coordination, and building confidence.

Improvers: Designed for dancers with some experience, advancing basic skills and introducing more dynamic movement.

General: A mixed-level class suitable for a range of abilities, offering adaptable challenges for more experienced dancers.

Intermediate: For experienced dancers, focusing on technique, performance quality, and more complex choreography.

Advanced: For highly skilled dancers, emphasizing precision, artistry, and challenging, intricate movement.



New to the studio?

We have a changing room to leave your belongings, a toilet, and a reception area where you can wait before/between classes. Please bring a bottle of water if you can, you can fill it up at the studio if needed.

Make sure to bring clothes that you can move comfortably in – this can include leggings, sportswear, shorts, tracksuit bottoms etc. We do not allow any shoes on the dance floor other than ballet shoes. You may be permitted to wear socks for your session but please make sure to ask your teacher first. For our contemporary classes it’s advisable to wear loose fitting attire, tracksuit bottoms for floor work. In the colder months layer up whilst warming up.
